Summary

The regulation - 'By-law on Compilation and Distribution of Safety Data Sheets of Hazardous Substances and Mixtures' was released on 15 December 2014, which aligns the Turkish SDS format with EU SDS Regulation (453/2010/EC) and sets detailed requirements on the content and order of sections in Turkish SDSs. Turkey SDS Regulation fully came into force on 1 June 2016.
