In accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 2, Article 38 of the Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Control Act (TCCSCA), the Environmental Protection Administration promulgates the Regulations Governing Establishment Plan for Mutual Aid Groups for Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances.
