The revised Enforcement Decree of the Act on Registration and Evaluation, etc. of Chemical Substances (hereafter referred to as K-REACH Enforcement Decree) was promulgated on 14 Jul 2020 by Presidential Decree No. 30849. The Enforcement Decree came into effect immediately after it promugalated.
