Vietnam MOIT Adding Registration Obligation for HazChem Used in Industrial Products

According to Circular 07/2013/TT-BCT issued by the Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) on 22 Apr 2013, enterprises that use the listed 117 hazardous chemicals in producing their products are subject to compulsory registration and reporting obligations from 1 Jan 2014.
