This document introduces the requirements for submission time, submission materials and certificates of use for each of the three submission methods (CD-ROM, online and paper) under the CSCL for a small number of new chemical substances under the special case review system. In particular, the annex gives the 48 use classification numbers and their corresponding environmental emission factors.
