The Regulation on Emergency Responses to Work Safety Accidents, as adopted at the 33rd executive meeting of the State Council on December 5, 2018, is issued on February 17, 2019, and shall come into force on April 1, 2019.

For the purposes of regulating emergency responses to work safety accidents and guaranteeing the safety of the people's life and property, this Regulation is developed in accordance with the Work Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the Emergency Response Law of the People's Republic of China.
