This standard specifies the requirements for filling in the basic information of the application and issuance of pollutant permit of municipal solid waste incineration pollutant unit, the determination of permitted emission limits, the methods for actual emission accounting and compliance determination, as well as environmental management requirements such as self-monitoring, environmental management ledger and the pollutant permit implementation report, and feasible technical requirements for pollution prevention and control.
