On November 5, 2021, the revision to Taiwan’s Regulations Governing Designating and Handling of Priority Management Chemicals (hereinafter referred to as Revision) was approved (Offical Gazette), designed to tighten controls over the handling of priority management substances which may pose serious hazards to the health and safety of workers. The Revision took effect immediately, except for Article 6 to Article 9 which will come into force on April 1, 2022.
