Summary

This regulation was promulgated under the “Regulation on the Administration of Precursor chemicals” (Decree No 445) and detailed the pharmaceutical precursor chemicals in its annex I, the “catalogue of the pharmaceutical precursor chemicals”.

The catalogue will be adjusted and updated by the State Council and published by the SFDA. Any manufacturing, distributing and purchasing of the listed pharmaceutical precursor chemicals

The production, distribution, purchase, of the pharmaceutical precursor chemicals shall comply with the provisions of this regulation and other regulations.
