In order to regulate the management and use of hazardous chemical safety information codes, and promote the effective transfer of hazardous characteristics, safe disposal and other information of hazardous chemicals, these Regulations are formulated in accordance with the Regulations on Management of Hazardous Chemical Safety, the Opinions of the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council on Comprehensively Strengthening the Safety Production of Hazardous Chemicals, the Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Accelerating the Construction of Important Product Traceability System (No. 95, 2015 of the General Office of the State Council) and other regulations.
