The Measures for the Safety Supervision and Administration of Hazardous Chemical Construction Projects, as deliberated and adopted at the director's executive meeting of the State Administration of Work Safety on January 4, 2012, were hereby issued on January 30, 2012, and came into force on April 1, 2012. The Implementation Measures on Safety Licensing for Hazardous Chemical Construction Projects issued by the State Administration of Work Safety on September 2, 2006 have been repealed concurrently. Amended according to Order No. 79 of the State Administration of Work Safety on May 27, 2015.
