On May 24, 2022, China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Public Security issued a notice, announcing the amendments to the List of Explosives for Civil Use (hereinafter referred to as the List).

To further develop the safety management of explosives, the List was revised according to the Regulation on the Safety Administration of Explosives for Civil Use.
