On August 10, 2011, Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) released the Circular No. 30/2011/TT-BCT stipulating temporarily the permissible content limitation of some toxic chemicals in the electronic, electrical products. This Circular came into force from 23 September 2011.
