Summary

The Provisions on the Administration of Road Transport Practitioners was first released in 2006 and partially revised twice in 2016 and 2019. Based on the 2021 revision of the Work Safety Law of the People's Republic of China,  the Chinese Ministry of Transport made public on November 14 of 2022 the third revision of the Provisions. It came into force immediately.
