These Regulations reflect that the EU REACH Regulation will continue to apply to Northern Ireland, and help address the resultant barriers to trade between Northern Ireland and GB, by amending the REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 and the REACH Enforcement Regulations 2008 (S.I. 2008/2852).
