Summary

On December 10, 2020, the Turkish Ministry of Environment and Urbanization has published the amendment to Classification, Labeling and Packaging (CLP) of Substances and Mixtures. This amendment harmonized the 5th to 13th (except for the 12th) ATPs (Adaptations to Technical Progress) of the EU CLP Regulation (1272/2008 EC). It came into force immediately. However, the Article 44A shall be effective on January 1, 2025.
