At the 8th Meeting (Extraordinary), held on April 24, 2024, the "ad hoc" rapporteur, Senator Fernando Dueire, offered a favorable opinion to Amendment nº 1, authored by Senator Dr. Hiran. Once put to a vote, the Commission approves the report, which becomes an Opinion of the CCT, in favor of the project with Amendment nº 1-CCT.
