Summary

On March, 31, 2024, Vietnam Ministry of Transport (MoT) released a new Decree on the transport of dangerous goods, which is Decree No. 34/2024/ND-CP On List Of Dangerous Goods, Transport Of Dangerous Goods By Road Motor Vehicles And Inland Watercraft. It came into effect on May 15, 2024 and replaced the Decree 42/2020/ND-CP.
