On October 10, 2024, Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) released the Circular No. 19/2024/TT-BCT, which amends the National Technical Regulations on Safety in Production, Trading, Use, Storage and Transportation of Dangerous Chemicals (QCVN 05A:2020/BCT). This Circular takes effect from April 15, 2025.
