Provisions on the Safety Management of Dangerous Goods at Ports (2023)

The amendments to Provisions on the Safety Management of Dangerous Goods at Ports were adopted by the MOT on July 28, 2023. 

For the purposes of strengthening the safety management of dangerous goods at ports, preventing and reducing accidents of hazardous goods, protecting the safety of people's lives and property, and protecting the environment, these Provisions were developed in accordance with the Law on Ports, the Work Safety Law, the Regulation on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals and other relevant laws and administrative regulations.
