Administrative Procedures on the Licensing for Dangerous Goods Air Transport by Public Air Transport Operators

The Procedure is applicable to domestic operators who have the Public Air Transport Operator's Certificate, and foreign public air transport operators of route operating or non-scheduled operating between foreign countries and China.  This regulation was revised in 2024 to replace the 2016 version.
