Summary

On June 27, 2022, Thailand’s Department of Industrial Works (DIW) published in the Government Gazette the revised Notification of the Department of Industrial Works Re: Declaration of the Production or Import of Hazardous Substances of Annex 5.6 under Responsibility of the DIW B.E. 2565 (2022), which came into force on September 26 to replace the 2015 version.
