The Toxic Chemical Substances Labeling and Materials Safety Data Sheets Regulations is promulgated pursuant to Paragraph 2 of Article 17 of the Toxic Chemical Substances Control Act (Taiwan TCSCA). This regulation is made to govern the labeling and SDS of containers, packing, handling sites and facilities concerning toxic chemical substances. However, the marking of vessels, aircrafts or vehicles carrying toxic chemical substances shall comply with the relevant transportation regulations, and shall not be subject to the restrictions of this Regulation.
