Summary

The EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) is a landmark piece of legislation from the European Union designed to combat global deforestation and forest degradation linked to products consumed and traded within the EU.

This Regulation starts to apply for large and medium entreprises from December 30, 2025, and for  micro and small enterprises from June 30, 2026.
