On August 12, 2025, the Turkish Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change (MoEUCC) adopted KKDIK Enforcement Principles and Procedures. The document was signed by the minister and issued in the Official Gazette. This initiative introduces the finalized transitional registration deadlines, aiming to advance the implementation of the KKDIK (a.k.a. Turkey REACH).
