On December 31, 2025, the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs co-issued the 2026 Catalogue of Dual-use Items and Technologies Subject to Import and Export Licensing (hereinafter referred to as the 2026 Catalogue). The new catalogue took effect from January 1, 2026, replacing the 2025 version.
