On 28 April 2013, the SAWS released 10 supporting documents for the application of hazardous chemicals safe use permit. The issuance is to support the practical implementation of SAWS Order 57, "Measures for the Administration of Hazardous Chemicals Safe Use Permit". Nine of them relate to the template formats which both the applying enterprises and the certification bodies should universally adopt during the application and review procedures. One document displays the format of an official permit and some illustrations on the format. Attached at the end of the article are the ten documents.
