According to Circular 07/2013/TT-BCT issued by the Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) on 22 Apr 2013, enterprises that use the listed 117 hazardous chemicals in producing their products are subject to compulsory registration and reporting obligations from 1 Jan 2014.

The 117 chemicals listed in the Appendix 1 of the Circular 07/2013/TT-BCT are incorporated into the current list. Please note that slight modification has been made on the original Appendix 1 as the listed chemicals with more than one CAS numbers have been categorized to be different entries in the current list, therefore 131 entries in total were incorporated in the current list.
