It lists that Mobile user terminal, telephone (landline telephone terminal, cordless telephone terminal), printing devices connected with PCs are under priority pollution control management, together with their HS codes, requirements on the substances (such as lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, polybrominated diphenyl ethers) in the products (Compliance with the recommended industrial standard SJ/T 11363-2006 is specified).

The latter part of the inventory provides the definition of the electronic information product categories under priority management and lists products in the corresponding categories.
