Summary

This ordinance issued as a joint ministerial notice is formulated to promote the implementation of the MIIT Order 39 (Administrative Measures on the Control of Pollution Caused by Electronic Information Products). The notice proposes main official navigation policies regarding the organization and coordination, qualification and approval of certifying entities, logo design of the voluntary certification, supervision provisions as well as the government’s favorable policies for companies accredited with the voluntary certification.
