The “HCPEC Environmental Risk Control Plan Template” is formulated as a supporting document for the MEP Order 22, the regulation on environmental management registration of hazardous chemicals. Released together the Risk Control Plan Template is another template for the HCPEC release & transfer report. HCPEC companies are required to fill out the Report and the Plan based on the format of the issued templates and to document them with the local environmental agencies before Jan 31 each year.

The template plan consists of the following 3 forms:

• General information about the HCPEC company;

• Fulfillment of the risk control plan of the previous year;

• Risk Control Plan of the current year;

The plan is to collect status and potential of the companies’ capability to reduce the environmental risks. MEP will check whether the company has fulfilled its commitment and constant improvement of environmental performance is expected by the MEP.
