This standard applies to the classification and labeling of gases under pressure. The current version is an update of its initial one published on 12 Oct 2006, based on Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals, ST/SG/AC. 10/31/Rev.2 (GHS Rev.2 released in 2007).
Gases under pressure are gases which are contained in a receptacle at a pressure not less than 200 kPa at 20℃ or as a refrigerated liquid. Gases under pressure comprise compressed gases, liquefied gases, dissolved gases and refrigerated liquefied gases.
