This standard applies to the classification and labeling for flammable liquids. The current version is an update of its initial one published on 12 Oct 2006, based on Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals, ST/SG/AC. 10/31/Rev.2 (GHS Rev.2 released in 2007).
A flammable liquid means a liquid having a flash point of not more than 93℃.
