From April 1st, China implements the List of Air Transport Dangerous Goods (2015), which was formulated pursuant to the Provisions on the Administration of Civil Air Transportation of Dangerous Goods (CAAC Order 216) and the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air (DOC 9284 AN/905, a.k.a. “the Technical Instructions”).
