This standard stipulates 2 methods applicable for the determination of heavy metals (Pb) in food simulants (4% acetic acid solution).

For the determination of heavy metals in simulant of rubber products, if the content of heavy metals (Pb) is above 1mg/L by using the first method, the second method should be adopted to confirm the result.
