The Annex to this regulation is the List of Substances Acutely Hazardous to Human Health, Substances Chronically Hazardous to Human Health, and Substances Hazardous to the Environment, which is previously known as South Korea's Toxic Chemical Substance List (TCSL). Chemicals in the List are classified into three types based on new designation criteria stipulated in the revised K-REACH, provided with clearer chemical information and concentration limits in mixtures.
