Summary

This Notice specifies the clearance procedures of chemicals managed under the CSCL framework. 

It mainly consists of two parts, namely:

  • Clearance procedures of chemicals

  • Clearance procedures of products containing Class I Specified Chemical Substances

The Notice also provides rules for how overseas manufacturers entrust any third party to proceed with clearance procedures (for import of new chemicals). The annexes of the Notice include clearance application forms for various chemical substances.
