Summary

The hazardous substances in Hazardous Substances List 5.1, 5.4, and 5.5 that the Department of Industrial Work is responsible for, are allowed to exempt from the Hazardous Substance Act (1992) as follows if they are used for analysis, research, and development and the volume per year is less than 1kg.
