The Enforcement Rules of the Labor Safety and Health Act, renamed as the “Enforcement Rules of the Occupational Safety and Health Act”, has been amended and promulgated on Jun 26, 2014. It came into effect on Jul 3 of 2014, the same date of Taiwan OSHA Stage 1 implementation. This Regulation includes five chapters.
