China‘s Guidelines for Road Transport of Dangerous Goods Packed in Excepted Quantities and Limited Quantities was published in December 2020 to facilitate the implementation of the Measures for Safety Administration of Road Transport of Dangerous Goods. It is aimed at helping all parties concerned to have a better understanding of the exemption system and facilitating the road transport of dangerous goods with low hazards and in small quantities in China. It consists of two parts which are dedicated to dangerous goods packed in LQ and EQ, respectively. (Sunny Wang and Cathy Li, two regulatory experts from our company REACH24H, are on the editorial board of the Guidelines.)
