The Philippine Priority Chemicals List (PCL) is a list of existing and new chemicals designated by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) under the Toxic Substances and Hazardous and Nuclear Wastes Control Act 1990. These chemicals are potentially risky to  the public health, workplace and the environment in consideration of their persistence, toxicity and bioaccumulation.
