According to Article 5 Paragraph 3 and Article 20(2) of the Hazardous Substance Act B.E. 2535 (1992), a specialized person should be appointed to be responsible for safety of hazardous substance storage by hazardous substance entrepreneur. This notification gives definitions of hazardous substance entrepreneur and specialized person. It also announces criteria and method for notifying and registration of specialized person responsible for safety storage of hazardous substance under authorization of Department of Industrial Works and reporting of safety storage of hazardous substance.
