According to Article 5 Paragraph 3 and Article 20(2) of the Hazardous Substance Act B.E. 2535 (1992), a specialized person should be appointed to be responsible for safety of hazardous substance storage by hazardous substance entrepreneur. This notification gives definitions of hazardous substance entrepreneur and specialized person. It also regulates the hazardous substance business facility required for a specialized person as well as the duty and responsibility of hazardous substance entrepreneur and specialized person.
