According to the Notification of Department of Industrial Works regarding criteria and method for notifying and registration of specialized person responsible for safety storage of hazardous substance under authorization of Department of Industrial Works and reporting of safety storage of hazardous substance B.E. 2551 (2008), producer, importer, exporter or possessor of hazardous substance should assign a specialized person to be responsible for safety of hazardous substances storage. This notification describes the qualifications, criteria and method of examination for the registration of the specialized person.
