The Law on Chemical of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam was approved and passed by the XII Legislature of the National Assembly at its 2nd Session on November 21st, 2007.
The Law stipulates requirements on chemical handling, safety in chemical handling, right and obligations of organizations and individuals engaged in chemical handling, and state management of chemical handling. Main contents of the law include:
