Measures for the Environmental Management of New Chemical Substances (MEP Order No.7) has came into effect since 15 Oct.2010. China GHS will be effective on 1 May this year, and Regulations on the Control over Safety of Hazardous Chemicals (Decree 591 ) will be effective on 1 December.
