Based on the Regulations on the Control over Safety of Hazardous Chemicals (State Council Decree No. 591, replace Decree 344 since 1 Dec.2011) and Measures for the Environmental Management of New Chemical Substances under the Ministry of Environmental Protection (MEP) Order No. 7, MEP enacted the Measures for Management of Chemical Testing Good Laboratory to be effective on 1 April 2012. This training session is to help relevant CLP testing agency have a better understanding of the Measures and regulate chemicals management.
This training session covers:
- An introduction of Measures for Management of Chemical Testing Good Laboratory, including application requirements, application procedures and hierarchical management requirements
- The requirements and amendments of the Guidance of Chemical Testing Good Laboratory Practices (HJ/T 155-2004)
- Technical capacity assessment and on-site inspection points
- An introduction of the Guidelines for the Testing of Chemicals ( HJ/T 153-2004) and major technical problems found in recent assessment
- A visit to the Shanghai Bioassay and Safety Assessment Laboratory of Testing Center
