NRCC Seminar on Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GB 30000.2~29)

China has promulgated 28 GB standards (GB 30000.2~29) on classification and labeling of chemicals to replace the current 26 GB standards, which will take effect on 1 Nov, 2014. To better implement the GB 30000 series, AQ 3047 – 2013, GB/T 17519 – 2013 and SAWS Order 60, the NRCC of SAWS will hold a seminar in Qingdao of China.

The seminar covers:

• National standards GB 30000.2~29: Rules for Classification and Labeling of Chemicals
• AQ 3047 - 2013 Rule of Precautionary Label for Chemicals in Workplace
• GB/T 17519 - 2013 Guidance on the Compilation of Safety Data Sheet for Chemical Products
• Measures on the Management of Physical Hazard Identification and Classification for Chemicals (China SAWS Order 60)
• Other standards concerning China GHS
