Ms. Joyce Chen is a core member of the technical team focusing on the chemical regulations in the Asia Pacific region, in particular China's new chemical substance notification, Taiwan TCSCA and Taiwan new and existing chemical registration.

Mr. Jimmy Liu worked in Japan for more than 8 years, as a regulatory analyst and has several areas of specialization in China NCSN, Hazardous Chemical Registration in China, China GHS and Taiwan regulatory compliance.

Mr. William Chou is an expert on EU-REACH, K-REACH and China-REACH. He has led several sucessful compliance projects covering project management, data gap analysis, registration proposal preparation, testing supervision, dossier and CSR preparation, etc.

Dr. Goh Choo Ta received his PhD (Environment and Development) on the study related to Globally Harmonised System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) from UKM. He is actively involved in various research projects pertaining to chemicals governance, particularly GHS implementation. In November 2010, Dr. Goh was appointed by Malaysia Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) as National GHS Project Coordinator for the GHS project entitled 'Training and Capacity Building for the Implementation of the GHS in Malaysia' facilitated by United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR). Meanwhile, Dr. Goh was appointed by Malaysia Ministry of Domestic Trade, Cooperative and Consumerism (MDTCC) as a consultant to lead the project entitled 'GHS Comprehensibility Testing and Situation and Gap Analysis Study for Consumer'. He was also selected by the Environmentally Hazardous Substances (EHS) Team as national consultant to carry out a GHS study, as well as to assist the Department of Environment (DOE) in the establishment of the EHS Notification and Registration Scheme in Malaysia. He is also the manager for the MyNICHE (Malaysian Network for Integrated Management of Chemicals and Hazardous Substances for Environment and Development) that jointly established by LESTARI and Environmental Management and Climate Change Division, Ministry of Natural Resources (NRE).

Mr. Sun is extremely experienced in classification and labeling (C&L) and compiling safety data sheets (SDS) in compliance with the requirements of global GHS. He regularly runs training programs on China GHS and hazardous chemical regulations for the international companies such as Würth Group, Vaillant GmbH, Coloplast A/S, Cardolite Corporation.

Ms. Yao has extensive experience in the food industry, and is familiar with food related laws and regulations, especially food additives and food contact materials. This webinar will be delivered based on her research of food contact materials regulations and her contact with relevant authorities.

Jerry leads several independent projects now, including GHS service in a worldwide scale, TRA certification service, Transportation of Dangerous goods etc. With the previous experiences in handling hundreds of GHS-related regulatory projects, his focus in GHS would now be diverted to a periodical research on GHS regulatory compliance strategy in order to provide customers essential clues to solve practical case.

Ms. Luo Wei is mainly engaged in the research and safety management of the waterway transport of dangerous goods. She undertook numbers of research projects assigned by MSA, including safety supervision of maritime transport of solid bulk cargoes, categorization and assessment on transport conditions of dangerous ship cargoes in packaged form or in bulk, etc. She was the associate editor and translator of several editions of IMDG code. She was invited by the MSA to give training courses for several times on the IMDG code, the supervision of dangerous goods transport, etc. Through independent research and development, she established China's first laboratory of relatively complete qualifications for maritime solid bulk cargoes to fill the gap of test technique of solid bulk cargoes in China.

A recognized expert in UN GHS, China GHS, EU CLP and hazardous chemicals registration in China, Julian is a core member of GHS Team in REACH24H Consulting Group. She has gained extensive hands-on experience in hazard communication in various aspects, including hazard classification, labels and SDSs. Ms Zhu received her master degree in Biochemical Engineering from Zhejiang University of Technology.

Focusing on the study in the area of hazardous chemicals management and safety technology. Mainly responsible for th national hazardous chemicals registration data auditing, system development and database maintenance. During 2011-2012, as the main participant, working on the revision of the "Administrative Measures on the Hazardous Chemicals Registration" (SAWS Order 53).
