Background

In May 2021, the State Council of China issued Guoban Han [2021] No. 58, in which six new substances were notified to be included in the list of precursor chemicals. For companies involved in precursor chemicals, access compliance response is the company's most basic compliance requirements.

However, due to differences in types, links, upstream and downstream locations, regional differences, multi-sectoral management and control, and mixtures, companies are facing challenges in compliance management of precursor chemicals. In view of this, REACH24H will share two levels of regulations and practical operations to help companies respond to the entry and compliance of precursor chemicals.
